Tariff 2012/13 — 1st March 2012 to 28th February 2013.
Bed & Breakfast
Double rooms en suite - £87, £92 or £110
Up to 40% reduction for single occupancy.
All rooms are double or twin with full en suite bathrooms.
Rates are per room per night, including full English Breakfast.
Special Breaks
3-night break reduction of 15% for 3 or more nights
(excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year).

Evening Meals
Home cooked 3 courses including wine - £29
Groups and Parties
Groups and house parties are welcome.
Arrivals and Departures
Your room is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement.
Please vacate your room by 11.00 am.
Cancellations
Guests are liable for 50% of reservation cost if less than 3 days notice is given.
Separate terms apply for Christmas and New Year.
Parking
There is ample parking in our own grounds.
